Support ticket system
We manage our time through our exclusive 24/7 Support Ticket System. We offer each company a unique ID and secured intranet each development project we take on. Once logged in, you may state directions, submit inquiries, track bug fixes and follow the progress of your project on a 24/7 basis.
Each project is broken down into tasks and assigned a Project Team Leader. Each comment from our you or the support team generates an email notification to the project team members. We answer each of the support tickets within the first 12 hours.
